Throughout this journey, the LEGADO- The Global Legacy Programme team carefully models an individual learning path for each young individual relies on tools that allow participants to put into practice actions that have an impact on each of the areas of their personal interest.

The whole experience is shaped so that each person has the necessary support to design their individual development plan where specific instruments and dynamics are explored, which allows the implementation of impactful actions in the context of personal, family, business, and social achievements.

Through transforming experiences and connections, the participants will have the opportunity to organise their annual agenda of responsibilities and gradually gain the set of skills needed to navigate and build a personal universe of accomplishments.

The proposal is to initiate the young person in a routine of contact with content, knowledge, relationships, and experiences that gradually create in them the habit of keeping up to date in what is mandatory to the challenges pertinent to the foundations of their lives, their businesses while evolving in the deepening of the repertoires that relate to their context and challenges.
